What's Happening at Milestone

Milestone opened to the public on April 25, 2025 and is a family-owned business by Husband and Wife duo, Ryan and Paige Miles. Both hailing from Southern New Jersey, they created this concept to share the regional cuisine and culture they were raised on with the rest of middle TN. It is a legacy they hope to pass on to their children one day

Cheesesteaks, Hoagies, Cutlets and Reubens are the staples that folks have come to love about Milestone. Knowing that quality ingredients are used in this kitchen where most items are prepared from scratch, including: fresh cut cheesesteaks, cured and roasted corned beef, herb roasted turkey and pasta and sauces prepared, in-house. Quality rules here!

A laid back, family-friendly space that looks like what Chef Ryan's basement would, if you could have a basement in these parts. Nostalgic feels with iconic Philadelphia and Jersey shore photos, a playlist for every day of the week and a variety of sports, classic sitcoms and movies on the TV. It's very random, but even more inviting.
